The Lip Balm

1. Start with clean and dry lips. You can gently exfoliate your lips beforehand if they are particularly dry or flaky. 2. Twist open the lip balm tube and carefully dispense a small amount of product onto your fingertip or directly onto your lips. 3. Using your fingertip, apply a thin and even layer of the lip balm to your lips. Start from the center of your lips and move outwards, ensuring that you cover the entire lip surface. 4. Gently massage the lip balm into your lips using circular motions. This will help the product absorb and provide maximum hydration. 5. Reapply throughout the day as needed, especially in dry or cold weather conditions or if your lips start to feel dry again.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund if eligible. You should expect to receive your refund within 2 to 3 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). Shipping

We can ship to any address in the Kuwait. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped from international destinations.
