Customer purchased an item and wants to return or exchange – he/she has only 14 days to return or exchange, make sure the items must be returned in a resalable condition. That means your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.
The item must be in the original packaging and returned with:
- Any accessories, labels and “free gifts” or bonus items within 14 days from the date on which items are delivered.
- In case, if any return request is made by the customer then we will not refund the shipping charges as that has already been incurred by us. We will only refund the product purchase amount.
- Customer purchased an item and that got defected within 24 hours, Blink will collect and replace the item from the vendor.
- If the customer purchased an item and that got defected after 24 hours, the customer support team will provide the Blink Service Center address or Seller's Service Center to the customer.
- In the case of a product purchased with a gift coupon, bundle offer, special offer or purchased during the sales campaigns etc. then we have the rights to not accept return of the product.
- Any special offer running for cashback or free prodcuts should be returned to us along with the original items. Cashback will be cancelled by us incase of an order return.
