Arriving in a jet-black hue, Givenchy’s Eyeliner Disturbia offers intense colour payoff for up to 24 hours. The felt-tip liner can be applied over any eyeshadow to create precise lines and add high-impact definition. Non-transferring and waterproof, the liner features a high concentration of pigments to promote a rich, even colour payoff.

For a precise eyeliner application, start from the inner corner of the eye towards the outside. Apply liner at the root of the lashline, either with the tip of the liner to get a fine and defined line. Or apply by pressing the tip lightly on the lashline to get a bolder look.
